MILLING

The paddy undergoes thorough cleaning and husking using Rubber Roll Hullers to protect delicate basmati grains. Brown rice is polished in multiple stages for the desired finish and then graded to separate broken and whole grains. Final sorting removes any discolored grains, ensuring export-quality rice.
