Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.2,500.
- We charge Rs.200 on all orders under the value of Rs.2,500.
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping seasons or mega sales events.
- On orders above the value of Rs.10,000, we will require an advance payment. Customers will be contacted for payment information upon order confirmation, and account details will be communicated. The order will only be dispatched after payment has been confirmed by our team.
- Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.
