Return & Replacement Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience with REEM as smooth as possible. REEM offers a 14-day return policy.

If you have a valid issue with an item from our end and are not satisfied, we will replace the product with zero shipping costs.

To report an issue, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order by calling our Customer Representative Officer at +92 301 6001477 or emailing us at order@reemrice.com.

If your reason for the return is valid, you will receive the replacement item(s) within 5–7 working days.

The customer is required to return the product via a traceable delivery service (e.g., courier or registered post) at their own expense to our return address.
